skeleton project
So for the project, I decide to use wooden sticks and cotton swabs because I thought it would be easy to find. Since wooden sticks were easy to find in my kitchen since we use them every day. The cotton swabs were, even more, easier to find because I already knew where they were. I also forgot to mention that I use paper to make the face.
so the first thing I did was to connect the cotton swabs to the wooden stick and to make them stick I applied hot glue to make it stick. the second thing I did was making the arms but I knew that it would not stick to the cotton swab so I took another stick and put it horizontally so I could put a wooden stick on top of it so it would it can stay there. the third thing I did was connect the legs so what I did was I made an x form so it would stick to the wooden stick easier. the last thing I did was make the face and since I knew that the paper would not stay together I put a lot of paper to make it thicker so it would stick there without moving.
my experience making the skeleton was interesting because forgot I was hot glue for a second. I burn my fingers and it keeps falling apart and wanting not to stick but in the end, it was fun I got to create something. I think it is important to learn the names of bones because then if you ever need to get something checked it would be easier to explain to the doctor faster instead of making the doctor guess what hurts. Like I said before you would need to know for in case you go to the doctor or when it hurts and you need to explain to someone what hurts overall you would need to better explain your self. it also important because it can help to know where you can get a disease if you don't take care of yourself.
